Vessels of Mercy Outreach Prison & Men Ministry is a Faith based, Offenders organization created BY Ex-Offenders FOR Ex-Offenders, Offenders and their families seeking to demonstrate God's love THROUGH the body of Jesus Christ.
MISSION
To Reach: We look for ability in others
To Teach: Helping others discover their abilities
To Equip: Helping others develop their ability
To Mentor: To encourage and commit to building strong, trusting relationships, positive attitudes and life skills for success built on the foundation of the Word of God.
VISION
To Reach: Teach and Equip through the transforming power of Jesus Christ
The experience of serving time in prison can be a reflection of growth, as well as the willingness to grow into spiritual new life. The Holy Spirit works life-changing miracles during this challenging time. There are many opportunities for spiritual growth provided by local church prison ministries, and through bonds of fellowship formed with fellow inmates. Once an individual is released back to the community, we serve as the needed spiritual network to continue their new life in Christ.
